08:30 – 09:00 | Setup & Volunteer Briefing
Staff briefing on roles (registration, counseling, lab team, crowd management).
Arrange registration desk, awareness stall, and screening booths.
09:00 – 09:30 | Inaugural Session
Welcome speech by Organic Health Center representative.
Short talk by local community leader to build trust.
TB awareness video played for attendees.
09:30 – 12:30 | TB Screening Activities
Step 1: Registration Desk
Each participant fills out a symptom checklist (cough >2 weeks, weight loss, night sweats, fever).
Step 2: Clinical Examination
Health worker checks vitals, basic physical exam.
Step 3: Diagnostic Screening
On-site sputum collection booth.
Free chest X-ray (if mobile X-ray van available).
Rapid test for drug-resistant TB (GeneXpert machine, if accessible).
Step 4: Counseling
Participants with suspected TB get counseling on next steps & referral cards.
12:30 – 01:30 | Lunch Break & Awareness Session
Community lunch served (healthy food demo to highlight TB nutrition).
Awareness talk: “How TB Spreads & How to Prevent It.”
Interactive quiz with prizes (mask kits, grocery vouchers).
01:30 – 03:30 | Continued TB Screening
Focus on high-risk groups:

Summary of total screened, suspected cases, and referrals.
